Shilpa Anand or Rithima was born on December 10, 1982 in Africa. She is an Indian television actress and model. She is the young sister of Sakshi Shivanand, famous actress in Tollywood and Kollywood.After completed her educating she shifted to India along with her family. She has five years of experience in all phases of the Software Development. She started her career as a model and then appeared in several south Indian movies. She did many advertisement on Indian telivision including the famous Shanti Badam Amla advertisement. She also acted in a movie named Iqraar By chance in which she played the lead role-Rashmi. This film didn't do very well in the Indian film industry.
